These two squads are my favourite ones in the army. I decided to build the squads based on range of the weapons available to them, so I put Lascannons and Missile launchers together and Plasma Cannons anad Heavy Bolters together. They work really well in this way and most of the time when I use them they usaully die early on but not before doing some serious damage. In the squad with the Missile Launchers, I converted the loading arm on the back pack to make look as if it was handing a new shell to the marine for a quick reload, it's actually really easy to do. Also I added a LR sponson sensor to the backpack of the sergeant above with a piece of plasticard, to make it look similar to the other sergeant.
